Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Senior TV Marketing

Manager to serve as a key partner in managing and scaling our Linear TV and Connected TV (CTV) marketing programs. This role will work closely with the VP of Digital Marketing to execute TV media strategies, manage campaigns, coordinate with internal and external

partners, and ensure all initiatives move forward efficiently.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, takes ownership of projects, communicates clearly, follows through on commitments, and can independently manage priorities.

This person will act as the operational backbone of the TV marketing department — ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, deadlines are met, and teams stay

aligned.

This role requires strong written and verbal English communication skills, exceptional

organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

TV Campaign Management & Execution

● Support the planning, execution,



and optimization of Linear TV and Connected TV (CTV)

campaigns.

● Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance tracking.

● Coordinate with TV networks, streaming partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

● Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance metrics.

● Identify issues proactively and communicate solutions before they impact timelines.

Project Management & Operational Support

● Serve as the day-to-day project manager for TV marketing initiatives.

● Maintain organized documentation, trackers, calendars, and campaign records.

● Ensure action items are assigned, tracked, and completed on time.

● Follow up with internal and external partners to keep projects moving forward.

● Create processes and workflows that improve efficiency and organization.

Reporting & Presentations:

● Assist in preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly TV marketing performance reports
