Transfer Pricing

International Taxation
, enabling interns to work alongside experienced professionals on domestic and cross-border advisory assignments. The role combines practical client work with structured learning and mentorship, providing a strong technical foundation in one of the fastest-growing areas of taxation.
- As part of the team,



you will support senior professionals in delivering high-quality advisory, compliance, documentation, and litigation support services to domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Transfer Pricing and International Tax engagements.
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial and business information for advisory assignments.
- Perform financial, economic, and benchmarking analyses to support Transfer Pricing studies.
- Assist in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation, reports, and supporting workpapers.
- Conduct research on Indian and international tax laws, tax treaties, judicial precedents, and Transfer Pricing regulations.
- Draft technical notes, research memoranda, and client deliverables under senior supervision.
- Support reviews of India–UAE and GCC cross-border transactions and intercompany structures.
- Assist in India and UAE Transfer Pricing compliance and related documentation.
