Role Description
The Data Entry Assistant is a full-time, in office role based in Vijayawada. In this position, the team member will accurately input, update, and maintain program-related data in internal systems and databases. Daily tasks include verifying information, updating records.

Qualifications




- Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and standard office software.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to collaborate with team members and respond to internal and external queries.
- Candidates should possess accurate Typing skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to interact professionally with students and partners when required.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment; prior experience in data entry or administration is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional coursework or a degree in business, administration, or related fields is beneficial.
