Job Summary

Kefaru Tech is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to generate and qualify leads across multiple industries and build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline for our Salesforce and CRM implementation services. The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation, and is comfortable working targets in a rapid-paced B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach across 15-20+ industry verticals
- Research and identify potential clients, key decision-makers, and business needs prior to outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and BANT criteria
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the sales/solutions team with qualified prospects
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, emails,



meetings booked, and qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach campaigns, email journeys, and messaging
- Handle initial objections and articulate Kefaru's value proposition clearly and confidently
- Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads through multi-touch outreach sequences
- Share market feedback and prospect insights with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BMS, or equivalent); background in Business/Marketing preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in BDR, inside sales, cold calling, or lead generation roles (B2B preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident phone presence with strong objection-handling and rapport-building ability
- Working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace; exposure to CRM tools
