Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as a Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process (Collections) is based in Pune City. The position involves handling outbound and inbound calls with international customers, primarily to address billing issues, clarify account information, and facilitate collections in a professional and compliant manner. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries,



resolving concerns related to payments or accounts, documenting interactions accurately, and following defined collection procedures and scripts. The role also requires meeting performance targets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve processes. Individuals in this role are expected to adhere to company policies, data privacy guidelines, and regulatory requirements while representing Credence Global Solutions in a courteous, customer-focused manner.
