Position: Virtual Relationship Officer (VRO)

Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and result-oriented Virtual Relationship Officer to manage and strengthen relationships with customers through digital and telephonic channels. The role involves servicing existing customers, promoting banking products, resolving customer queries, and achieving sales and service targets while ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Cross-sell and upsell products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, and Investment products.
- Handle customer inquiries, service requests,



and complaints efficiently.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer requirements and service requests.
- Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Adhere to RBI guidelines, banking regulations, and internal compliance policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution of customer concerns.
- Promote digital banking services and encourage customers to use self-service platforms.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc preferred).
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 0-4 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Customer Service, Tele-Sales, Relationship Management, or Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
