About the Role

We are looking for an IT Administrator to support day-to-day technology operations across our BKC and Vashi offices. This is a hands-on role covering end-user support, asset management, vendor coordination, and security hygiene — keeping systems running and users productive while supporting the broader IT and compliance function.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support across BKC and Vashi offices (laptops, desktops, printers, network connectivity issues)
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding — M365 account provisioning, email setup, file/folder access, and asset issue and recovery
- Maintain and monitor endpoint security agents (antivirus/EDR) and flag anomalies proactively
- Coordinate with external vendors (internet service provider, Microsoft 365 support partner, firewall vendor, network storage vendor)



to log, escalate, and track issue resolution
- Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory across both sites, including warranty and lifecycle status
- Support credential hygiene initiatives, including password rotation tracking and periodic access reviews
- Assist with audit and compliance evidence gathering, including VAPT remediation tracking and policy acknowledgments
- Perform basic network troubleshooting — WiFi, LAN connectivity, and VPN access for remote/WFH users
- Assist in managing firewall configurations — rule reviews, access requests, and routine change tracking under CTO guidance
- Set up and maintain SSL-VPN access for remote/WFH staff, including user provisioning and basic connectivity troubleshooting
- Maintain current documentation — SOPs, asset registers, and network diagrams
