Job Description – Banquet Sales Executive

Position: Banquet Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate banquet and event business through corporate and individual clients.
- Handle enquiries for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Conduct venue tours and explain banquet packages to prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close bookings.
- Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, and Banquet teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and annual banquet sales targets.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update customer details in the CRM/Excel.

Requirements:




- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in banquet or hospitality sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of banquet operations and event planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule based on event requirements.

Preferred Skills:
- Strong customer relationship management.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.
