1. Manage end-to-end service delivery for key clients while ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, issue resolution, and relationship management.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, execution, and delivery of services.

Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, identify improvement areas, and drive service excellence initiatives.
5. Prepare operational reports, conduct client review meetings, and support process optimization efforts.

Requirements –

1. 4–8 years of experience in service delivery, customer success, client operations, or account management roles.
2. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
3. Experience managing enterprise or key client accounts in a service-oriented environment.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and cross-functional setup.
5. Graduate / MBA preferred from a recognized institution.
