About the Role

Task Tracker Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about sales, communication, and building customer relationships.

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will connect with prospective customers, understand their business requirements, and introduce them to Tracker Suite.ai software solutions. You will play a key role in generating qualified leads and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads and databases.
- Introduce and explain Tracker Suite.ai software products and services.




- Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Stay updated on company products, features, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 1-3 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
