Job Summary

As a Tech Support Trainee, you will work closely with our implementation and customer success teams to support clients during onboarding, training, and post-implementation activities. This role is ideal for someone with robust communication skills, a technical aptitude, and the willingness to travel frequently to client locations whenever required.

Although this is a Work From Home role, candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel for client meetings, product demonstrations, training sessions, and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand and resolve product-related queries.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers during implementation and onboarding.
- Travel to client locations for implementation, training, and support whenever required.
- Collaborate with internal Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain implementation documentation, training records, and customer reports.




- Assist in testing newly released features before deployment.
- Prepare reports and MIS using Microsoft Excel.
- Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, and customer support processes.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and virtual meetings.
- Basic technical understanding and problem-solving ability.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently across client locations.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a remote environment.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
