To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Ensure the severance process is completed accurately and in a timely manner for all impacted employees within the region.
- Support the regional points of contact for Powering Care termination processes in Workday , ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
- Connect with Finance on a regular basis to provide severance estimates and ensure alignment on financial implications.
- Gather information on severance actuals and provide it to Finance before each month’s cut off date.
- Establish and maintain a regular monthly cadence with Finance to review severance calculations, obtain feedback seeking potential process improvements identifying gaps and simplifying the overall process.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies during the severance process.
