About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable Management Trainee to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in business management. As a Management Trainee, you will work across multiple departments, gain hands-on experience, and develop the skills required to take on leadership and managerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the company's products, services, and business processes.
- Assist various departments including Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Customer Support, and Administration.
- Support day-to-day business operations and coordinate with different teams.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare reports.
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.




- Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and business documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and maintain accurate records of discussions and action items.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them within deadlines.
- Learn company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
