Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Equipment Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion for our cutting-edge medical device portfolio in the Cardiology, CSSD, and Infection Control domains.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer engagement abilities, and a passion for healthcare technology. This role offers excellent exposure to product launches, product demonstrations, customer relationship management, and nationwide business development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales of the Catheter Balloon Reprocessing System, Ventilator Disinfection System, and Megasonic Washer.




- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within hospitals, cath labs, ICUs, and healthcare institutions.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.

Product Demonstration, Training, Installation
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals and hospital staff.
- Conduct product installations and ensure smooth onboarding for customers.
- Coordinate new product launches across target markets.
