Job Description

Refos Energy Pvt. Ltd., a leading solar products and renewable energy company, is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters and appointment letters.
- Update recruitment trackers and HR databases.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR activities.




- Perform general administrative tasks related to the HR department.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, or LinkedIn is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
