What You'll Be Called: Assistant Manager – Content
Where You'll Work: Lower Parel, Mumbai

What You'll Do Content & Social Media Management:
● Own and execute end-to-end content calendars across platforms including Instagram, Meta, and emerging channels.
● Collaborate closely with design, marketing, performance, and creative teams to deliver high-impact posts, stories, reels, and campaign creatives.
● Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on insights and audience behavior.

Content Strategy & Video Production
● Stay updated with industry trends and introduce fresh, creative content ideas that improve engagement and brand visibility.
● Plan, coordinate, and oversee the creation of short-form video content including Reels, UGC content, product demos, and campaign creatives.
● Drive end-to-end script development, content planning, shoot coordination, and content approvals to ensure timely execution.
● Review and approve creative assets to ensure they align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and quality standards.





Project & Team Management
● Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and smooth execution across teams.
● Lead and mentor a team of content executives, creators, and freelancers by setting priorities, reviewing work, and driving performance.
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, production teams, and influencers to ensure seamless campaign execution. Creator & UGC Management
● Identify emerging content trends and leverage UGC (User-Generated Content) to create authentic, engaging campaigns.
● Evaluate content performance and recommend improvements based on platform trends, consumer insights, and campaign objectives.

Who You Are
● 4–6 years of experience in Content, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing, preferably in a D2C, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or personal care brand.
