Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing the complete sales cycle, and closing deals for our IT Services and AI solutions. The role involves building relationships with CEOs, CXOs, and key stakeholders, understanding client requirements, and collaborating with technical and delivery teams to propose the right solutions.

You will expand business across India and international markets, particularly the US and GCC, while representing Compileinfy at networking events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, and business meetups to generate new business opportunities.



The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in flexible US/UK business hours, willing to travel as needed, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills
- 10–15 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within IT Services, driving growth across application development, cloud, DevOps, AI, and enterprise solutions for domestic and global clients.
- Solid track record in selling end-to-end technology solutions, including Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS, Firebase), Application Development (Java, MERN, PHP), Mobile Applications (Flutter/React Native), Salesforce solutions, AI solutions, and Resource Augmentation services.
- Proven ability to identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth by positioning scalable and cost-effective technology solutions.
- Hands-on experience managing the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and client engagement to solution
