About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, agile, and target-driven IT Recruitment Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio in IT Staffing & Recruitment Services.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in client acquisition, staffing sales, account management, and strategic business development across Domestic and/or International markets. The role demands excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a deep understanding of IT hiring trends and staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions
- Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns,



LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and market research
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and capability discussions
- Convert leads into long-term business opportunities

Client Relationship Management
- Develop strong, long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Understand client hiring needs, workforce challenges, and business goals
- Provide customized staffing solutions including Contract Staffing, Permanent Hiring, and RPO services
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts

Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
- Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, pricing models, and SLAs
- Prepare proposals, rate cards, and staffing agreements
- Track sale
