Job Summary

Evalueserve is seeking a senior Project Manager
responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology
engagements for BFSI clients, with a primary focus on structured project
governance, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence. The role requires
solid project management expertise supported by relevant technical
understanding, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and
clients. Exposure to Risk Quants or associated financial services domains
is a valued addition. Acts as the primary interface between client stakeholders
and delivery teams, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes within an Agile
setup.

Key Responsibilities

????????? Lead end-to-end project delivery for
technology engagements, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines,
scope, and quality standards.

????????? Own project vision and roadmap
alignment for client engagements, ensuring delivered solutions aligned with




business objectives and long-term client outcomes.

????????? Drive requirement gathering workshops
as the primary client interface ? managing communication, translating business
needs into delivery requirements, and ensuring shared understanding across
teams.

????????? Drive robust project planning,
execution, risk management, and delivery governance across cross-functional
teams, maintaining structured reporting and escalation frameworks.

????????? Coordinating with technical leads to
review solution design and implementation, ensuring alignment with delivery
commitments, scalability, and quality benchmarks.

????????? Manage stakeholder expectations,
provide regular status updates, and proactively address delivery risks/issues.

????????? Ensure effective backlog prioritization
and execution discipline in Agile setup.

????????? Facilitate key Agile ceremonies to
ensure smooth execution (secondary responsibility)
