Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in GST compliance and banking operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate GST filing, and overseeing all banking transactions and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

*GST & Taxation*
- Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
- Reconcile GSTR-2A/2B with purchase records and follow up on input tax credit mismatches
- Ensure timely GST payments and compliance with statutory deadlines
- Handle GST audits, assessments, and notices from the department
- Stay updated on GST law amendments and ensure company compliance

*Banking & Cash Management*
- Manage all banking transactions, including payments, receipts, and transfers
- Perform daily bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with banks for account operations, loan documentation, and other banking requirements
- Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate records of fund movement




- Handle online banking platforms (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS transactions)

*General Accounting*
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts using accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks etc.)
- Prepare ledgers, journal entries, and trial balances
- Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Support internal and statutory audits with required documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in GST filing and banking operations
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / other accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GST rules, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
