KPI Partners is seeking an experienced Databricks Practice Lead (Sr Architect) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Databricks practice, developing innovative data solutions, and guiding our clients in their data transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Databricks solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering an setting of continuous learning and improvement.
- Develop and maintain best practices for data engineering and analytics using Databricks, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Databricks and data analytics, sharing knowledge with clients and team members.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.




- Drive the development of proof-of-concept projects and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Databricks and our data solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience using Databricks.
- Strong knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data lakes using Databricks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
