We are looking for ambitious Business Development Associates who are passionate about international sales and client acquisition.

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified international leads.
- Reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, Email, Upwork, Fiverr, Cold Calling, and other outbound channels.
- Schedule meetings with international clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with prospects until deal closure.




- Build long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
- Experience in International Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Experience in LinkedIn outreach.
- Experience in Email Marketing.
- Experience in Lead Generation.
- Solid negotiation and client handling skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working with monthly targets.
