About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, or AI domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the complete sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to deal closure, while selling to customers in the US market.

This role requires solid consultative selling skills, the ability to understand customer business challenges, and a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, proposal management, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound prospecting, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges, business objectives, buying processes, and decision criteria.




- Deliver value-based product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
- Qualify opportunities using frameworks such as BANT or similar sales qualification methodologies.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
- Develop and execute account and territory plans to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Handle pricing discussions and negotiations while effectively communicating product value and ROI.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers throughout the sales journey.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance metrics.
