Experience: 8–10 Years

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite/Remote near Hyderabad with occasional office visits)

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in
Java and Python

• Software development, firmware development, and test automation experience

• Experience designing scalable software systems, automation frameworks, and

manufacturing test platforms

• Technical leadership experience, including mentoring junior engineers, task

planning, code reviews, and architecture guidance

• Robust object-oriented design, modular application development, API integration,

and scripting

• Experience with
Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines

• Agile development experience with execution planning and risk tracking

• Strong debugging and system-level problem-solving skills across software,

firmware, hardware, and manufacturing environments





• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Define software requirements, architecture, interfaces, milestones, and

acceptance criteria

• Lead end-to-end project execution for Java/Python-based manufacturing test

infrastructure

• Design, develop, test, integrate, and maintain scalable software components

• Conduct design and code reviews

• Drive debugging and issue resolution for complex manufacturing systems

• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and contract manufacturing teams

• Improve tools, workflows, and development methodologies

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,

Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
