Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring software projects for UAE-based clients, including ERP, Garage Management Systems, POS, Audit and Labelling Solutions, and other technology projects.
- Coordinate with clients, internal development teams, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support project planning, task tracking, follow-ups, and timely completion of project deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, requirements, meeting notes, progress updates, and project trackers.
- Follow up with development and technical teams regarding project progress, pending tasks, issues, and deadlines.
- Assist in understanding client requirements and communicating them clearly to the relevant internal teams.
- Support the preparation and review of project-related documents, reports, and presentations.




- Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Participate in online meetings with UAE-based clients and internal teams as required.
- Assist in identifying project delays, issues, and coordination gaps and escalate them to the relevant team members.
- Gain practical exposure to software project coordination, client communication, business processes, and project management within a remote UAE-based IT company.
- Perform other project coordination and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹39,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
