Job Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator to own the operational health, hygiene, and day-to-day administration of BV's enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for ensuring the platform remains stable, secure, performant, and aligned to enterprise governance standards.

Reporting to the Director of D⁢ Business Systems,



this role serves as the operational backbone of the platform, handling instance management, access governance, release coordination, monitoring, and platform hygiene across multiple domains (ITSM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), ITOM, IRM, SecOps, SPM, CMDB).

The position operates on a follow-the-sun model (overlapping coverage), providing operational coverage that complements onshore teams and ensures continuous platform availability for global BV users.

This is primarily an administration role (80%), with 20% allocated to light development work, supporting small enhancements, simple workflow configurations, and minor scripting tasks as backlog demand requires.
