What Will You Do

In this role you will:

Fulfill the role of the Program Manager Agile / Hybrid and all that it entails.
Understand project requirements, collaborate with project owners,



leaders & cross functional teams across the globe for delivery of projects, by adhering to standard processes, systems and project management principles.
Ensure the completion of project milestones/deliverables within committed Quality (Q), Delivery (D), Project cost (C) & Product cost (C), track performance and progress of project against committed QDC targets
Report out project updates, risks and mitigations, productivity updates, QDC metrics, deployment efficiency, timesheet data, during the monthly Operations review meeting with ETC leadership team
Project management of Strategic organization initiatives aligned with futuristics skills such as AI driven Project management and Predictive modeling, Data science analysis, sustainability initiatives
Implement the required Agile methodology effectively – Scrum / Kanban / Nexus / SAFe / Other
Ensure the development team follows established product development procedures and practices to leverage share
