About The Role

The 3PL division of Express Global Logistics is looking to hire a Inplant warehouse manager to manage end-to-end operations of a warehouse that primarily Raw Materials stores operations with line feeding activity for production. The warehouse manager will be responsible for setting up the operations, delivering against customer SLAs, managing manpower, vendor management, safety and compliance. Achieve 100% KPI

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end operations of inplant RM stores operations with line feeding.
Manage smooth unloading of material, put away, GRN creation and logging in the system
Ensuring material feeding to production line ontime without any production loss.
Managing manpower and MHEs to ensure resources are utilized efficiently
Ensuring stocks are reconciled on a monthly basis
Creating and implementing SOPs for all activities within the warehouse
Share regular MIS reports with the customer




Manage timely dispatch of material through effective loading onto the vehicle
Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production requirements while minimizing carrying costs and waste.
Ensure accuracy of inventory records through effective tracking and control measures
Minimize inventory shrinkage due to theft, damage, obsolescence, or other factors
Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely and efficient material flow from suppliers to the production line
Optimize in-plant logistics processes to reduce delays and ensure materials are readily available for production
Working closely with the production team to understand their material requirements and schedules.
