We at Coforge are looking for Delivery Managers with following skill set

15+ years total, with 10+ years in IT infrastructure and delivery management roles.
Own end to end delivery of the CUSTOMER'S program migrating VMware workloads to OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt) and AWS Outposts.
Hands on experience of migration of workloads from VMware to platforms like OpenShift, Kubernetes,
Preferably experience on AWS landing zone, migrations to AWS or AWS Outposts, deployment, and operations.
Proven ownership of large migration programs, discovery of cutover stabilization.




Customer facing delivery governance for large enterprise or telecom accounts.
Lead migration strategy, technical execution, customer governance, and steady state operations for a large hybrid estate.
Manage a large multidisciplinary team across virtualization, cloud, storage, network, and SRE (50+).
Work closely with customer tower leads, service managers, architects, and senior stakeholders.
Hands-on knowledge of VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter and workload assessment.
Knowledge of OpenShift and OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt), migration tooling (MTV).
Understanding core AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, EBS, S3, Networking, Direct Connect).
