We at Coforge currently hiring for a highly experienced Delivery Director for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 programs and managed services. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives while driving best practices and innovation across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities:
Delivery Leadership & Governance: Own the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 programs and managed services, ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Best Practices, Standards & Delivery Excellence: Establish and institutionalize Dynamics 365 delivery best practices, governance frameworks, code review standards, DevOps processes, QA controls, documentation standards, and reusable accelerators.
Portfolio & Stakeholder Management: Manage executive stakeholders,



SteerCo governance, risk mitigation, escalations, and business value realization across multiple accounts and programs.
Capability Building & Resource Management: Build high-performing Dynamics teams through competency development, mentoring, certifications, architectural oversight, and optimal resource utilization.
Transformation & Innovation: Drive the adoption of Microsoft Power Platform, AI/Copilot, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.

Mandatory Skills:
Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2010/2013/2015/Online.
Proven track record in managing large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations and managed services.
Robust understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies.
Familiarity with DevOps practices an
