About the Role

Proqyur is expanding its team and is looking for a driven and results-oriented Technical

Sales Engineer with strong technical, estimation, and client management skills within the

construction and fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of engineering

expertise, commercial acumen, and relationship-building capabilities to support business

growth while ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Site Assessment & Technical Evaluation

• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, take measurements, and understand

the scope of work.

• Analyze project specifications and identify technical requirements.

• Coordinate with clients to gather technical and commercial information required for

project execution.

Design & Estimation

• Read,



interpret, and prepare structural, architectural, and fabrication drawings.

• Prepare accurate quotations, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and rate

analyses.

• Conduct market price research and source competitive rates from vendors,

subcontractors, and material suppliers.

• Evaluate project costs while maintaining quality and profitability.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fabricators, subcontractors, and

material suppliers.

• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Sales & Business Development

• Engage with civil contractors, architects, developers, consultants, and other

stakeholders.

• Generate recent business opportunities through networking, referrals, and client

interactions.
