Responsibilities




- Review and manage property-level financial statements and supporting schedules for US commercial real estate portfolios.
- Prepare and review CAM (Common Area Maintenance) Reconciliations ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform detailed Budget vs. Actual Variance Analysis and provide meaningful financial insights.
- Review invoices and ensure compliance with client capitalization policies, including proper classification of operating expenses, capital expenditures, and leasing-related costs.
- Review Accounts Receivable, bad debt provisions, and ensure adherence to client accounting policies.
- Prepare and review Balance Sheet Reconciliations and supporting workpapers.
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Mentor, train, and develop junior accountants while reviewing their work for quality and accuracy.
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to improve operational efficiency.
