Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Senior ServiceNow Developer
with solid expertise in
workflow automation, custom application development, and AI-driven solutions
on the ServiceNow platform.

This role focuses on leveraging the latest capabilities from
Zurich/Yokohama releases
to build
modern, scalable, and intelligent workflows
, going beyond traditional ITSM configurations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and Process Automation Designer (PAD)
- Build custom Playbooks and Declarative Actions
- Develop custom applications using App Engine
- Create UI using UI Builder, Workspace, and custom screens
- Implement Now Assist and AI Studio capabilities
- Explore Agentic AI for workflow automation




- Work with IntegrationHub and ensure proper data binding
- Develop logic using JavaScript and Glide APIs

Requirements
Requirements
- 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience (not admin/support)
- Strong expertise in:
- Flow Designer & PAD
- Playbooks & Declarative Actions
- UI Builder & Workspace
- App Engine
- Experience with:
- IntegrationHub
- Data binding
- Strong JavaScript & Glide API skills

Preferred
- Zurich / Yokohama experience
- Now Assist, AI Studio, Agentic AI
- CSA / CAD certifications
- ATF, CMDB knowledge
