SAP FSCM
Configure and support SAP FSCM modules:
Credit Management
Collections Management
Dispute Management
Cash Management
Biller Direct (preferred)
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Support credit risk assessment and customer credit exposure management.
Participate in FSCM enhancement and transformation projects.

SAP FICO
Configure and support:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Bank Accounting
Cost Center Accounting
Profit Center Accounting
Internal Orders
Product Costing
COPA
Perform business requirement analysis and functional design.




Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Integration & Support
Work closely with SD, MM, Treasury, and other SAP teams for cross-functional integration.
Analyze and resolve support tickets and production issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
Support data migration, testing, and cutover activities.

Project Implementation
Participate in all phases of SAP project lifecycle:
Requirement Gathering
Fit-Gap Analysis
Solution Design
Configuration
Unit Testing
Integration Testing
UAT Support
Go-Live & Hypercare

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business users and finance teams.
Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer.
Prepare project documentation, process flows, and training materials.
