Cittaa is building mental health infrastructure for schools, corporates,We are looking for an experienced RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist to lead in-house psychological assessments for children and to supervise our team of therapists.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-house psychological and developmental assessments for children
Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychometric tools
Supervise and mentor a team of therapists/counselors, ensuring clinical quality and adherence to protocol
Provide case consultation and clinical guidance across ongoing therapy cases
Prepare assessment reports and collaborate with parents, schools, and internal teams as needed
Ensure all clinical work meets RCI and ethical practice standards
Requirements
RCI registration (mandatory)
Master's/M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology
Proven experience conducting child assessments (cognitive, developmental, behavioral)
Prior experience supervising therapists or junior clinicians strongly preferred
Strong report-writing and case documentation skills
