We are a growing player in the used IT resale and e-waste management space. We buy, refurbish, and resell IT hardware, and responsibly channel electronic scrap for recycling. We are looking for a Procurement Manager who can build and own our buying pipeline sourcing bulk used IT assets (laptops, desktops, servers, networking gear) from corporates as well as e-waste and scrap from businesses, vendors, and aggregators. This is a hands-on, target-driven role for someone who enjoys negotiation, building vendor relationships, and finding quality stock at the right price.

Key Responsibilities
- Source used IT assets and e-waste through corporate buyback deals, IT asset disposition (ITAD) tie-ups, dealers, aggregators, and bulk scrap vendors.
- Build and maintain a robust vendor and supplier network across corporates, banks, IT companies, and recyclers to ensure a steady supply of stock.
- Negotiate purchase prices, payment terms, and pickup logistics to maximise margins while maintaining supplier relationships.
- Evaluate and grade incoming lots assess condition, quantity, resale value,



and refurbishment potential before finalising deals.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely pickup, transportation, weighment, and inward of purchased material.
- Ensure all purchases comply with e-waste handling regulations (CPCB / State Pollution Control Board norms) and that proper documentation, data-wiping certificates, and invoices are collected.
- Track market prices for components, metals, and refurbished devices to buy competitively and advise on pricing trends.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor agreements, and MIS reports; report on monthly procurement volumes, costs, and vendor performance.
- Attend auctions, tenders, and corporate disposal events to secure bulk lots.
- Work closely with the sales and refurbishment teams to align buying with resale demand.

- 4–8 years of procurement / purchase / vendor-management experience, preferably in use
