Job Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, spanning configuration, scripting, integrations, and platform automation across multiple enterprise workflows.

This is a developer-focused role that operates across multiple ServiceNow domains (ITSM,



ITAM (SAM/HAM), ITOM, IRM, SecOps, SPM, CMDB, and emerging capabilities), assigned based on backlog demand and platform priorities.

The ideal candidate brings strong JavaScript proficiency, hands-on platform scripting expertise, and a configuration-first mindset, building solutions that are maintainable, upgrade-safe, and aligned to platform governance standards.

This role operates on an overlapping coverage model with onshore (US-based) teams, ensuring continuity of delivery and platform support across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Design, Develop, and Implement
Build and customize ServiceNow applications and modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, IRM, and other enterprise workflows
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub
Build and configure Scripted REST APIs for inbound/outbound data flows
