Position Overview

Global Mobility & Rewards (Immigration) is responsible for leading immigration operations and advisory services across the designated region, ensuring compliant, efficient,



and employee-centric mobility experiences. The role serves as a trusted partner to business leaders, HR stakeholders, employees, and external immigration providers, supporting mobility services for short term assignments or business travellers

The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end immigration processes, drive operational excellence, handle customer issues, ensure compliance with global and local immigration requirements, and chip in to the continued transformation and digitalization of Global Mobility & Rewards services. The role combines strategic stakeholder management with operational leadership, governance, and continuous improvement activities.

Lead end-to-end immigration services, including visas, work permits, and residence permits for globally mobile employees.
