Position Overview
Lead end-to-end Employee Lifecycle operations across Siemens AG, ensuring seamless delivery of HR Administration and Payroll services with a focus on compliance, employee experience,
operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The role is responsible for overseeing employee data management, onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, payroll governance, statutory compliance, service delivery performance, and process transformation initiatives. Partner closely with P&O;, business leaders and global stakeholders to drive standardization, automation, risk mitigation, and a high-quality employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
