Minimum Qualifications:

3–5 years of hands-on experience building web applications using the MERN stack.
Solid proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Express.js.
Solid experience with MongoDB, including data modeling and performance-aware querying.
Understanding of authentication/authorization patterns (e.g., JWT, session-based auth) and secure API design.
Experience working with Git-based version control and collaborative development practices.
Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA (or equivalent practical experience). Key Responsibilities: Full-Stack Development
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
Build reusable, responsive UI components in React and ensure consistent UX across browsers and devices.
Develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs in Node.js/Express and integrate them with front-end workflows.

testable code; participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and improve reliability and observability.
Collaborate with product/design/QA to refine requirements, estimate effort, and deliver features on time.
