About The Role

We are looking for a passionate, tech-savvy, and driven HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 6-month internship. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in contemporary HR by gaining hands-on exposure to HR Digitalization, AI-enabled HR practices, Performance Management and HR Analytics.

As an HR Intern, you will work on strategic HR initiatives, contribute to process improvements,



and support the adoption of digital tools that enhance employee and business experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in HR Digitalization projects by identifying opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes.
Leverage AI-powered HR tools for resume screening, candidate engagement, content creation, reporting, and process optimization.
Support the implementation and enhancement of HR technology platforms and digital workflows.
Assist in Performance Management activities, including goal tracking, review cycle coordination, feedback collection, and performance documentation.
Prepare HR dashboards and analytical reports using Microsoft Excel to provide insights into hiring, performance, and workforce metrics.
Analyze HR data and generate actionable insights to support business decisions.
Create engaging presentations, reports, SOPs, and HR communication materials using PowerPoint and AI productivity
