Job Requirements
5 to 14 years of IT experience with robust hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
Strong expertise in Salesforce platform customization and development using Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and LWC.
Experience in building reusable, scalable, and high-performance LWC components.
Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI development practices.
Experience with Lightning Data Service, Apex Controllers, Wire Service, and Client-Side Navigation.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and other declarative features.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchy.




Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices.
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for Lightning applications.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC) based solutions.
Build responsive, reusable, and scalable UI components aligned with business requirements.
Integrate LWC components with Apex classes, Salesforce data models, and external services.
Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Flows.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
Optimize Lightning application performance and user experience.
Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and application issues.
