Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations to support the design, development, and implementation of enterprise e-Bonding solutions between ServiceNow and external ITSM platforms.

The role involves developing secure, scalable, and bidirectional integrations for Incident, Request, Change, CMDB, and related ITSM processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow e-Bonding integrations with external ITSM platforms.




Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, Scripted REST APIs, and Import/Export APIs.
Design and implement bidirectional synchronization for incidents, requests, changes, CMDB, comments, work notes, and attachments.
Develop and customize Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer flows, and Integration Hub spokes.
Configure OAuth, API authentication, and secure integration patterns.
Implement attachment synchronization using the standard ServiceNow Attachment API and other supported integration mechanisms.
Develop field mappings, state mappings, and transformation logic between ServiceNow and external systems.
Troubleshoot integration failures, API issues, authentication errors, and data synchronization problems.
Work closely with middleware teams (Boomi, MuleSoft, iHub, or equivalent) to support end-to-end integration flows.
