Summary:
We are seeking a energetic and results-driven MT - Sales & Helpers (North Karnataka) to join our growing sales and marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving market penetration, customer acquisition, and brand visibility across the North Karnataka region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing field operations, and supporting retail partners to ensure optimal product placement and performance. With a strong focus on customer engagement, market intelligence, and team coordination, this position plays a critical role in achieving regional sales targets and strengthening our market presence. The MT - Sales & Helpers will work closely with regional managers, distributors, and retail outlets to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns, inventory management, and after-sales support. This is a hands-on, field-based role that demands dedication, adaptability, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics.

Responsibilities:
Execute daily sales activities and field visits across assigned territories in North Karnataka.




Maintain and expand the network of retail outlets and distributors to enhance market coverage.
Ensure proper product display, shelf space utilization, and stock availability at all retail points.
Conduct regular market surveys and gather competitive intelligence to inform strategy adjustments.
Support promotional activities, including product launches, trade shows, and in-store campaigns.
Monitor and report on sales performance, discrepancies, and customer feedback on a daily/weekly basis.
Provide on-ground training and guidance to retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Collaborate with regional sales managers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines in all field operations.
Assist in managing and reconciling sales returns, damaged goods, and inventory discrepancies.
