Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers including CEOs, Directors, Marketing Heads, HR Heads, Plant Heads, and Business Owners.
- Schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital and technology solutions.




- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams for proposal execution.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in IT Services, Software Sales, Digital Marketing, SaaS, AI, ERP, or Technology Solutions is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
