Key Responsibilities:

Product & UX Strategy
- Lead the UX vision for the company's lending ecosystem across web and mobile platforms.
- Design seamless customer journeys covering but not limited to: Customer onboarding, eKYC, Loan application, Credit assessment, Document upload, Loan approval, Loan servicing, Collections and repayment
- Convert business requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Simplify complex lending workflows into frictionless user experiences.

UI Design
- Create contemporary, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces aligned with the company's design philosophy.
- Establish and maintain a scalable Design System and UI Component Library.
- Ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Design for accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.

User Research & Testing
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, and usability testing.
- Analyze customer behavior and continuously improve product usability.
- Leverage analytics and customer feedback to optimize conversion and engagement.

Collaboration




- Work closely with:
- Product Managers
- Engineering Teams
- Business Stakeholders
- Risk & Compliance
- QA Teams
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and product planning.
- Translate business problems into effective design solutions.

Leadership
- Own the complete design lifecycle from concept to production.
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices.
- Drive design reviews and maintain quality standards.
- Champion a customer-first design culture.

Desired Experience

Candidates should have prior experience designing products in one or more of the following domains: Digital Lending, Education Lending ,Consumer Finance, NBFCs, Banking, FinTech, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), Credit Platforms, Neo Banking, Financial Services Applications

Experience in building products from scratch (01) will be highly preferred.
