- Coordinates supplier development activities with assigned suppliers to ensure high-quality products.
- Leads advanced product quality planning activities to resolve design, gauging, manufacturing, assembly, and packaging issues.
- Conducts launch readiness reviews with suppliers to determine production readiness before start-of-production.
- Supports cost reduction and lean manufacturing initiatives with suppliers.
- Evaluates supplier development plans/programs and recommends opportunities for improvement.
- Implements strategic Supplier Development plans/programs approved by corporate quality and purchasing.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE).
- Possesses strong knowledge of APQP application, global supplier quality assurance manual, and launch readiness review assessments.




- Demonstrates excellent communication and mentoring skills to coach and mentor project liaisons.
- Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate supplier performance data.
- Displays robust business acumen and commitment towards achieving corporate objectives and goals.
- Ensures legal, regulatory, health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to.
