We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Academic Counsellors to join our Bangalore team.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents about Artium Academy's music programs.
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable music courses.
Conduct follow-ups and convert enquiries into admissions.
Build solid relationships with students and parents.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Centre Head and academic team to ensure a seamless admission process.
Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the admission journey.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in Sales, Academic Counselling, Customer Relationship Management, Business Development, Banking Sales, Financial Services, Insurance Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or any customer-facing role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
Robust negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
