Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Spearhead the Design and R & D Function, reports to the Business Head, a key position with involvement in operations and management decision as well.

Key role in new product development with innovation & creativity by developing mechanical parts and assemblies to be used in high-pressure airguns
Market research for understanding Customer and Product Requirements
Implement Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) and GD&T;
Conduct various Analysis for design optuimisation such as Motion Analysis, FEA and Calculations to meet the Design Requirements
Formulate Reports, Design Documentation, Assembly & Testing Process Flow, FMEA keeping safety in mind
Assist in Production Planning activities




Meet with different manufacturing vendors to meet the needs of production
Efficiently manage 3D CAD and Drawing Files
Plan & Execute Projects from Start to End
Co-ordinate with team members and other departments to accomplish tasks within stipulated deadlines
Research & Development of current products and processes for continuous improvement and expanding product range
Build and lead a team of engineers of various engineering operations including but not limited to Design, Production, Quality Control to achieve excellence in design & production standards.
