Seeking a Sales Trainer to conduct product and sales training for Banca Partners and employees, develop training content, manage the training calendar , and assess training effectiveness. The role also involves providing on-field support , preparing reports, and conducting sessions for other sales channels as needed.
- Conduct training programs for Banca Partners, including product and sales training for both internal and off-role employees .
- Develop and implement the training calendar , ensuring timely execution of sessions.
- Provide on-field support to employees in coordination with Banca Partners.
- Create and customize training content as per the requirements of Banca Partners and the L&D; team .
- Assess and track the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance analysis.
- Prepare and submit training reports to the L&D; team within the defined TAT .
- Conduct training sessions for other sales channels as needed.
